Membership Pricing

Membership rates are based on William & Mary affiliation and rate of payment. All memberships require a 12-month contract*.

Full-time W&M students are provided a membership and may book day-of court time at no additional charge. Advance reservations can be made by current students for a $10 fee. W&M faculty and staff are provided a family membership but will pay a $10 court fee per person.

Rates effective as of November 1, 2019.

Membership is valid for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase and will renew automatically each year. 15% discount offered to members that pay full year rate up-front.

*Fees are subject to annual increases.  MNTC will notify members of increase at least 30 days prior to increase, which will be in effect in November of each year. 

**Tribe membership includes membership in the Tribe Aces Tennis Booster Club which includes use of the Playsight system. Other members can use Playsight by joining the Tribe Aces Booster Club for an additional $50 per membership.

**W&M Gold Membership is available to W&M alumni, affiliates, employees and visiting scholars. Active Military includes those currently on active duty; photo ID verification may be required. This membership extends to family in the same household and children under 26.

Cancellation: members must give at least thirty (30) days notice of membership cancellation, after the minimum of 12 months has lapsed.  Any cancellation shall not relieve the member of the monetary obligation for membership dues owed to W&M. Notice of resignation requires a 12-month lapse in membership before reinstatement may occur unless member pays the membership dues during the time lapse in membership.
